Open Heaven Conference

Hello Dear Friends,
 I
have some exciting news to share with you. 2009 has been an amazing year. I was
blessed to be invited to Australia in January to be with my dear friend, Ps.
Peter Nichols, to celebrate the graduation of their 10th Masters Commission
class. Many things made this trip memorable, but at the top of the list was that
Southern Lights (Ps. Pete's Church), had been experiencing an incredible
outpouring of the Holy Spirit that they were calling an Open Heaven! And,
believe me, Open Heaven was a great description of what I experienced there.
Hundreds of people, as well as other churches connected to Southern Lights, were
being powerfully impacted by the manifest presence of God! Open visions, angelic
visitations, healings, and powerful manifestations of the Lord's presence was
the norm. There are so many things I could share with you, but suffice it to say
that Ps. Peter made sure that I was prayed for at every opportunity and I felt
that I was being filled over and over again while I was there. It was more than
wonderful!
A very excited and hungry church was waiting for me when I returned to South
Africa. Many of the people here said that I looked different....younger. :) Our
folks were all believing that whatever it was that I received in Australia would
be imparted to them, and that first Sunday was like an explosion as the heavens
opened over our church as well, and for the next 6 months we enjoyed a new flow
of the Holy Spirit in our midst. Then in August, I had arranged for Ps. Peter
and a team from Australia to come to us here in South Africa. Our faith was high
as we were anticipating an even greater outpouring. How can I describe what
happened? I have experienced multiple times through the years when the Lord came
to us in powerful ways, but nothing like this! Ps. Peter likes to use the word
"smashed" when it comes to people experiencing the presence of God.....well
friends, we were smashed! Overflowing, joyful, overwhelmed, undone, set on fire,
delivered, released, caught up....I don't know what words to use!
One of the remarkable things has been watching how this has spread. Churches
that relate to us wanted us to come and share with them about the Open Heaven,
and when we did, the same things were released. Because the Open Heaven seems to
be downloaded very quickly by the younger generation, the
Nation Builders, our
young disciples, were prayed over so many times that it was like they could just
"step" into heaven! Immediately, the Holy Spirit would overwhelm them and they
would be trembling and shaking under the power of the Holy Spirit. We've had a
lot of fun these past few months "taking" the move from place to place.
So what's my exciting news? Well, our good friend, Ps. Dave Robbs, has come to
South Africa 7 times over these past few years to help start some Kingdom
businesses here. After his last trip with Dr. Ron Wohrle, they both felt that it
was critical that we bring what God has freely given us back to the U.S.. After
consulting with their pastor, Ps. Tim Robinson, Ps. Tim has graciously invited
myself and Ps. Dallas along with a couple of our young people to come to
Puyallup in January of 2010! We have a great excitement in our spirit about what
God wants to do. Ps. Tim and CityGate will host the
Soaring Again Conference, Celebrating Under An Open Heaven, on
Jan. 22nd-24th in Puyallup. I know this is an unusual time of year to host a
conference ;), but we would love to invite those of you who are interested to
join us for a time of spiritual refreshing in Puyallup, WA.!
It's been over two years since I've been back in the U.S. and much has changed.
I plan to leave early to spend time with my family in Spokane, so I will leave
right after Christmas and arrive in Spokane on the 27th of December. Patty and
the kids are believing for a miracle for them to come as well! It's been 4 years
since Libs, Justice, and Joe have been home and you wouldn't even recognize
them. They left as little kids, but now they are grownup teenagers! All three of
them move powerfully in the Open Heaven. Joe regularly sees angels and angelic
activity, Justice has a strong anointing to pray for people, and Libs is like a
Holy Ghost lightning rod! It would take a big miracle to get them home as
tickets are running just under $2000 per person, but please believe with us.
